After meeting your guide in the hotel lobby, you will set off to explore the natural, historical and cultural monuments of Mangystau.

First, your route will lead you to the Zhygylgan Sinkhole. Zhygylgan Sinkhole means fallen land in Kazakh. The sinkhole is a pile of huge stones. In ancient times, this area was flat, but then a collapse occurred. Walking among the stone mess of Cape Zhygylgan on the way to Lake Kuzdykary, you can see the fossilized traces of Neogene animals, such as ancient ungulates and saber-toothed tigers. Some boulders at the bottom of Zhygylgan reach the size of a small house. Also on the cape, you can find fragments of stone fortresses from the 14th-15th centuries. On their walls, you can see petroglyphs depicting horses and many other rock paintings. Right after the failure you will come to Lake Kuzdykary, which looks like a heart. Its length is 90 meters, width 50 meters. The water in the lake is very salty. About a hundred years ago people lived near the spring, as evidenced by a dilapidated well and several equipped caves nearby.

Take an organized break for lunch.

The third stop is the underground mosque Sultan-epe. The canyon and well Sultan-epe deserve special attention. The well with drinking water of excellent quality and is believed to have healing properties. The picturesque canyon is very deep, a stream flows. The slopes and the bottom of the gorge are covered with dense thickets of blackberries, buckthorn, katran, mulberry, blackthorn and lush herbs. Being a kind of oasis, the tract attracts many different animals and birds.

Your last stop is the Kapamsay Canyon, which is surrounded by greenery even in the dry season. Kapamsay is located on the Tupkaragan Peninsula. At the bottom of the canyon, there once flowed a long, narrow and deep river, which eventually dried up. The canyon was named after the great batyr (warrior) Kapam. In the Kapamsay Canyon, there were workshops where flint tools were made, which can now be used not only to make jewelry, but also to purify drinking water.

Then there is an organized break and lunch.

You finish your trip by returning to your hotel in Aktau.
